Jason Rose

Real Estate is not only a profession, but also a lifestyle that we are passionate about in the Rose household. My family has been in the industry since the early 1950s. I am honored to provide my clients with a unique and unparalleled set of qualifications developed through years of education and field experience.

The path to my real estate profession manifested through a variety of jobs and education. Growing up I wanted to be employed in outdoor and active roles. I gained experience in surveying, soils and concrete analysis, and commercial & residential construction management. After graduating from Purdue University in 1992 I relocated to Alabama and began work in the industrial and commercial construction management field. Working within the commercial arena did not afford me the personal interaction which I find drives my passion for work and helping people. I changed tracks and focus a bit in 1996 and began work in the residential construction arena. Having managed the construction of over 250 homes within the Indy Metro area you can say that I know homes from the curb to the kitchen. I have been selling homes since 2000. In 2013, I merged my company with Century 21 Scheetz. Focusing primarily in Hamilton County, Century 21 Scheetz offers the proper national exposure and respect that my clients and I deserve. I truly enjoy being an active member in my community- having worked with many families throughout their transitions in and out of the area. This has provided me with many cherished life-long relationships!

Kim Rose

While being married to Jason for over 20 years it seems like I have been in the real estate industry just as long as he has! However, over the past 20 years my efforts were focused on Marketing and Client Relations for Delta Faucet in Carmel, Indiana. Being a member of the Rose Realty team brings my experience in marketing and customer service full circle. Solving problems and servicing clients has been a mainstay of my passion and work experience. I have developed a great appreciation for the importance of establishing a relationship of trust and dependable service that is essential for a professional real estate team. It is my goal to help support and maintain this trust and the high level of service that we offer as a team. I am honored to work for you and your real estate goals!

Have you ever tried to be at two places at once? It’s impossible. Listing Central helps keep us all calm in the midst of today’s ever changing real estate markets! It is due to our focus on our clients’ needs and ever changing expectations that we have a significant background staff to handle many administrative tasks. Our Listing Central staff is comprised of 5 employees whose main focus is on keeping our properties accurately exposed, maintaining transactional online storage (clients have secure online accessible storage of all their documents), sign placements/removal, document review, and overall stress management! While our clients do not communicate directly with Listing Central – they are an integral part of our team! It is important for our clients to have one point of contact – You gotta’ know Jason!
