Developed in the mid 1990s, a majority of the 150 homes in Cheswick Place were constructed from the late 1990s to the early 2000s. The two-story custom designed homes were built in a variety of architectural styles with sizes ranging from 2700-6900 square feet. The primary custom builders in the community were Ray Roehling, David Morton, Tavel, Brentwood Homes and Conley Homes (to name a few). From curb to kitchen, this community stands tall with a pride of home ownership shown with quality landscaping, home maintenance, and cosmetic updates. A few of Cheswick’s amenities include an inviting pool, tennis courts, and playground area. The driving factor of home sales in many communities throughout Carmel is the overall quality of Carmel schools in multiple areas of academia, fine arts, and athletics. Currently Cheswick Place attends Smoky Row Elementary (a National Blue Ribbon school), Carmel Middle School and Carmel High School. It is also located just a few miles from shopping, restaurants, and downtown Carmel. The beautifully manicured landscaping, custom built homes, amenities such as the pool and tennis courts, as well as friendly neighbors make this an incredible community to call home!
