Developed in the early to mid 2000s, the majority of Spring Farms was constructed by 2005. While development slowed due to the housing crisis, the neighborhood remained a great location for those desiring great schools, convenience to employment, recreation and shopping. This community features 105 homes with sizes ranging from 2200-4700 square feet along with a community pool and playground area. A various mix of styles in single and two-story homes were constructed by builders such as Trinity Homes, Shamrock Builders, and John McKenzie Homes (to name a few). Many of the homes along Spring Farms Drive and Shoemaker Drive enjoy a water view of the scenic pond in the neighborhood. The driving factor of home sales in many communities throughout Carmel is the overall quality of Carmel schools in multiple areas of academia, fine arts, and athletics. Currently Spring Farms attends Smoky Row Elementary (a National Blue Ribbon school), Carmel Middle School and Carmel High School. It is also located just a few miles from shopping, restaurants, and downtown Carmel. The neighborhood pool and clubhouse, calming pond views, inviting neighbors, and location make this an incredible community to call home!
